100 % Product Guarantee -- All our products are guaranteed fresh and current. You may return unopened items within 5 days from date of receipt. In the event that your shipment is damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please e-mail us immediately for a resolution.  All returns require an authorization code (RMA#), please call for your authorization code. We can not accept returns without a RMA #. All returns must be sent prepaid within 5 days of the date received. No collect shipments will be accepted.

Security & Privacy -- At Vitamins 4 You, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt all of your ordering information so that no part of your order can be read during transmission. We use encryption methods to shield all credit card information. If you are using Netscape Navigator 2.0 or newer version or Microsoft Internet Explorer 2.0 or newer version, your order transmissions are fully encrypted. You can tell if your browse session is secure by looking at the bottom corner of your browser. Please rest assured that we do not share or sell our customer information with anyone, for any reason .

Payments -- We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card. Your orders will be charged at time of shipment. All payments are made in U.S. currencies. No COD orders are accepted.  We do accept checks, but the order will not ship until payment has been received.

When will my product be shipped? -- Most orders are shipped within 24 hours with the exceptions being weekends and holidays.  You should receive your order within 5 business days from the date ordered.  If the package is delayed longer than this, please contact us.

Shipping charge and method -- Even with the recent Postal Service rate hikes, we are still only charging a shipping fee of $6.95 for orders in the USA regardless of the size of the order or the number of items ordered. Most packages are sent U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery from the time the order is sent). International customers must pay the actual shipping cost plus a handling fee.  Please call for details.

International Orders -- The customer accepts full responsibility for the local legality of all products and be familiar with local laws. Vitamins 4 You does not guarantee entrance or reimburse for items that are not allowed by customs officials.

Prices -- We try our best to keep the latest price on our online store front. However, manufacturers may change their retail prices unexpectedly, thus we reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Out of Stock/Discontinued Items -- In the event that an item is not available at the time your order is shipped, you will not be charged for that item. You are charged only for items that are shipped. We will ship the in-stock items. You may re-order later or find an alternative product.

Sales Tax -- Vitamins 4 You is not responsible for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped to other states or outside the United States.

Canceling or Changing an Order -- You may add or delete items to your order if you e-mail shortly after placing the order. E-mail to us at MAIL . Shipment can be as soon as 24 hours after you placed your order.
